Service Unit 31 Girl Scout Scholarship

Description: GSCB Service Unit 31 is offering a scholarship for Girl Scouts who are members of our service unit and will be continuing their academic education in college, university or trade school. We are looking for Girl Scouts who have embraced what Girl Scouts stands for, and have found ways to fulfill their Girl Scout promise:

On my honor, I will try, to serve God and my country,

To help people at all times, and to live by the Girl Scout law.

Eligibility

• Current registered member of GSCB service unit 31 

• Must be actively involved with their troop, service unit, or council

• Planning to attend college, university, or trade school in the upcoming fall semester

• Juliettes/Independent Girl Scouts may apply

How to apply

• Complete online application and essay by March 30 deadline.

• Submit a 500-word essay addressing the topic: How has Girl Scouts influenced my life and provided me with opportunities?
